I would love to have a C6... You Americans are lucky for some unknown reason the Vettes are horribly more expensive in Canada. A C6 convertible in the U.S. is $53,335 MSRP and in Canada the same car is $80,665 can $. I bought my C5 for $40k Can. with 22k miles and at that was tough to beat. You americans have an unfair advantage I am very tempted to buy a US C6 in spring(imported that is). I am very happy with my baby but to me the newer the better.

I liked the C5 Z styling better. Also, it would have taken me another 6 months of eating saltines and sardines to afford a C6 Z and by then they'd of had to bury me in it.

The C6 is not attractive to me.
I would only get the C6 Z06.
And since that car is soooooo expensive.....
I've decided to make the leap from my C5 to a used Viper SRT 10!

i like to looks of the c6 , however i like the looks of the C5 better, plus i see more C6's now on the road than C5's..
performance wise, you can always make a C5as fast as a C6 but one big advantages of the c6 is that you can get it BRAND SPANKING new.
hey,that ls1 aint no push over..
i would buy a C6, but im in college,and am happy with my C5.

I honestly don't like the look of the C6. It looks like rice
to me with the non-popups. The C5 is just a better looking
car IMHO. When I first seen pics of the C6, that's when I
bought my C5. I did not the looks of it from day 1. Add in
the exhorbitant price of a C6 and it's a no-brainer for me.

2 - My C5 is paid for
3 - Even though the performance increase would be awesome (compared to a Z), I can't justify the $ over the value of my C5.
4 - I like the big a$$ on my C5

I have been around these cars for a long time and I can tell you this is the same story every series change.When the C4's came out you would hear the same from the C3 owners...Oh it is just too ugly.Then the C5's came out and the C4 guys said the same thing.It will pass and you will realize the merits of each new generation.In most cases I think that most owners who thing the new generation is ugly are just owners who are buried in their C5s and it is easier to say they are ugly than that they can't spend the money.I do say MOST,not ALL.The reason I say this is because as much as I like C5's I can't understand how any real car guy can say a C6 is ugly.You may prefer a C5,but ugly it is not!

The C5 is better looking, & has a nicer interior.. and for the extra $$$ it just not worth the trade. If I do move up to a C6,, it would have to be a Z06.. that one is starting to grow on me.. but not just yet,, I still have a few more enjoyment years on my C5
