Headlight Improvement or Problem?!!

It seems that many of you have experimented with different bulbs. Is there any improvement with using high beam bulbs in the low beam location? Any downside? I like the PIAA bulbs and was considering using all 9005 bulbs. Thanks

I did the 9005s and the difference was pretty significant. You sure won't mistake them for HIDs, but it helped quite a bit. I haven't experienced any downside. Don't think anyone has ever flashed me thinking I had my brights on.

I am going to try the upgrade to Ultra's with the highs in both slots. I will let you know how it works. They found them on sale for $35 per pair at my local Advanced Auto Parts.
