Low oil light?

Low oil light?

Ok so I got done with my header install and I have a oil light coming on my HUD. Checked the oil level and filled it but the light isn't going away how do I clear it. Also could it being a quart low cause the check engine soon light to come on? Thanks for any help.

The low oil level sensors cause some issues in these cars. You can't really "reset" them, they have to reset on their own. If it doesn't go out after a few key cycles, check to make sure there isn't bad wiring somewhere, that's what happened to mine. Good luck!

It isn't impossible, check your codes. There is a thread on the forum somewhere that instructs how to do that.
