Code PO 140 Help

I've been getting this code a few times lately. I think it is for a Heated Oxygen sensor(current insufficient activity bank 1 sensor 2-b). Where is this sensor and how hard is it to replace? Thanks in advance, Craig

sometimes the CEL come on and then it goes off

Po 410 Hc

I'm an idiot. The code is PO 410 HC. I guess I should have wrote it down first. It means "Air system B". What the heck is this?
