Kooks headers install instructions?

Kooks headers install instructions?
I have searched the forums with unsatisfactory results. I am attempting to remove my Kooks headers right now and am getting stuck. I had them professionally installed originally and do not know what I need to do/take off in order to get them off.
Any threads or tips would be MUCH appreciated!

Lots to remove.... but it's not bad and jacking the motor is so easy... people make that sound like a big deal.
*Coil packs and brackets
*Alternator
*Valve covers
*Steering shaft
*plugs/wires
*drain oil
*oil filter
*starter
Then unbolt the motor mounts from the bottom... easy 18mm nut.
Then unbolt your headers fro the heads.... then take your jack and slowly jack the motor so it tilts to one side and do that until it won't turn anymore.... watch for the intake manifold hitting the firewall, don't want to break anything. Then be forcefull and keep on fawking w/ them and they'll come on out.
