Xmas Question!!!

Every year, my wife and I go shopping for those special Xmas tree decorations.
We still keep the one when our only son was born, the one when we bought our first house, etc.
I was looking for a vette related xmas decoration, (C5 of course), and there isn't anything in the market. I know that the crossed flags are TM, but at least a silouette of a C5 or something...
Does anybody have a C5 decoration on their trees?? If so, show it in lue of the xmas spirit!!!!!

I would go with an emblem and make it into a tree decoration

look up ebay corvette christmas ornaments and you'll find a bunch of C5 ornaments.

Just some ornament thoughts...

1- a hood or trunk emblem and put a hook on it
2- a key chain or hat pins to make an ornament with
3- a Johnny Lightning or Hot wheels scale car
Search and shop eBay for a quick selection.

I used a Johnny Lighting in 03 when we got our Anniversary Coupe. That summer, my wife got me the Corvette, I got her diamond earrings for Christmas. Using a Johnny Lightning from eBay, I made a 'S' hook from some flat brass to go from under the car to the top center, and double stick tape to hold it together. I placed the earrings in the back of the Johnny and hung it on the tree about a week before Christmas. She never saw it until she opened a medium box with riddles that lead to the car and the prize in the trunk! Anyway, that Johnny Lightning 03 Anniversary Coupe now hangs on the tree every year - of course, the earring hang on her ears all year long and the Corvette?...well it in my gararge!...

Go to the museum store at the National Corvette Museum's website. I believe they have some things.

Hallmark came out with a red C5 a few years ago- might be able to find one at a flea market or antique store. They also came out with a silver 63 split window coupe.
