RE Dead HUD

Don't start a new thread as a reply to a previous thread ... posting all Q's and A's in one thread allows everyone to follow what has already been covered ... otherwise you'll keep getting the same advice over and over.
Second, did you display the DTC's ???
Last, If you want to test the switches, disconnect the cable at the back of the switches and put a test lamp between the switch and ground. Operate the switch and see if the lamp lights. The page switch wire is LT BLU, Display up is GRY, Display down is ORN and Dim slider is PPL. You will need to remove the IPC to get to the back of the HUD switch.
If you remove the IPC - WARNING - Do NOT set the IPC on its face for more than 15 minutes or damage to the fluid filled air core gauges may result.

A DTC is a Diagnostic Trouble Code.
Corvettes have a number of computers in them ... a short list ...
PCM ... Powertrain Control Module - Controls the Engine and Automatic Transmission (if equipped).
BCM ... Body Control Module - Controls the body functions such as lights, security, column lock, etc.
EBCM ... Electronic Brake Control Module - Controls the ABS system, and Traction Control and Active Handling (if equipped).
These and the other computers are constantly monitoring themselves and the functions they control for problems. When a computer senses a problem it stores a DTC that tells you what kind of problem is occuring. The Service Manual then can be used to step through the diagnostic for that particular DTC to locate and repair the problem.
To display any DTC's currently in your cars computers go to:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/techti...D=26&TopicID=1
For a description of how to do it.
Then post any/all DTC's here and I or someone else can look them up for you.
Be sure to post the full DTC ... for example ....
P0600 H or B1214 C or C1821 HC
The leading letter (P, B C, etc.) shows if the DTC is a Powertrain issue, a Body issue, or a Chassis issue (respectively). The H or C (or both) after a code show whether it is a History code (problem occured but has gone away) or is Current (problem occuring now).
