Default loud exhaust

I have an 07 ZO6, I want to change the exhaust. I want to get the loudest cat back system, not sure what is the one to get.

You might get better feedback from the C6Z crowd.

Or you can just chop off the mufflers, that should make it pretty loud

I believe B&B makes a "bullet" exhaust system for the C6. That oughta do it. Also you can do the exhaust "bypass" mod that keeps the valve open all the time.

If B&B makes bullets for the C6 that will be the best choice. I have them on my C5 and love them. Mean and loud is what they are like.

Default Exhaust

Hello, Just pop out the exhaust butterfly valve fuse from the interior fuse panel which will keep these valves open all the time for that loud exhaust sound. You will save big money on replacing your new exhaust system by doing this.

I have the B&B bullets and no matter what the other guys (you'll figure them out) say these are the meanest sounding ****'s you can put on your car. I never get tired of the looks on peoples (other vette owners) faces when they hear them. It truly is something and they look mean as hell too.

Default thanks for the info

Went to west coast corvette today, I purchased a set of B&B bullets. I think they will be loud, they said that I should be happy. I will add headers in about a year. Thanks for the input on the exhaust.

I don't understand this... I've seen it out of the C5Z crowd many times too. Why in the world do people ask for "the loudest possible"? You are driving one of the most amazing cars on the road today. Why do you feel the need to make it annoying loud for no reason other than to make it annoying loud?? Performance enhancing, go for it. Better looks, go for it. Pure noise from a car that already sounds badass... I don't get it.

It's because most of us are older gentlemen, and can no longer hear very well.

I'm going to take a beating for this I'm sure, but removing cats on the street is, for lack of a better word, selfish. The performance difference is negligible, and could be addressed with hi-flow cats. There is no reason to be so ecologically unsensitive and remove such an important part of the emision controls for street driven cars. I'm no tree hugger, wouldn't catch me in a hybrid, love my 400hp car, but there's no reason for no cats.

B&B bullets, actually had someone pull up along side me and say daaaaamn that sounds like pure sex lol. Also amusing fun to have harely riders pull up along side and see who can make the most noise hehe. Bullets are LOUD and DEEP and when you drop the hammer it sounds like all hell is braking loose!

I hate to admit it, but i'd feel a bit guilty too. Cats in our cars don't hurt much and every time I get behind someones poluting beast I am grateful for how far we have come to prevent this today.

It is amazing that I can smell the cigarette a driver ahead of me is smoking, but not his car.

Gee, never thought that I'd find someone else who wonders why someone would need to remove the cats. Thanks for the support...

You sir are responsible for making the next 3 months of my life very very long.

(I bought the bullets for x-mas, and car is in storage until spring... I won't know what they sound like till I take it out, and then install them!)
