Spend the money to get the self centering letters. I had a set of vinyl letters and I am not skilled enough to get them on without them looking like crap. Any of the stainless or plastic letters should be easy to put on.

I have the red acrylic.... and they've faded. If you get the acrylics, make sure you're not drinking or hung over when putting them on as they can be a challenge to place just right.

I've got the red acrylic and they've been on for over 2 years and look great. I got them from Corvettes Of Houston.

Vinyl. I guess it depends upon the color of your car.

I've got the brakelight red domed letters that I bought from MAM almost three years ago. They've survived two Phoenix summers without any issue and I really like the look. I get compliments on them all the time. I like them so much that I bought a set for the front as well.....

Two great choices

If you go with stainless, check out "SS Inserts"

I originally had the vinyl decals on mine and they held very well. Easy to clean since they fit flat against the fascia. However, I wanted a little more bling so I too the vinyl off (not an easy job once it has been on there a while) and went with some brakelight red epoxy ones from Mid-America. They've been on there for about two years now and still stuck on solid. Much better looking than the vinyl and not a problem to clean either.
