just changed oil need help
just changed my oil and dont know how to reset the oil life %.i went to that screen and held down the reset button for 30 seconds.what am i doing wrong ,thanks

your first instinct was right, but the car can't be running. Just turn the key to on and press reset. The gas pedal trick works too, but I have found you can do that accidently.

Glad you got it figured out. I just changed mine on Friday - pushed the reset button until 100% came up.
