There is a sticky "how to" in the Audio section...........its not a hard process just very time consuming!

Good luck,

And I must say C5 Kidd's stuff looks awesome!! I would have loved to get him to do some stuff, however with me being in Canada shipping, coordinating, etc would have been a pain!

A couple of questions. I labeled these three items on your built dash.

1. Are these controls for something or a vent?
2. Are the gauges just dropped in the custome wholes that are made.
3. This actually looks like a mouse ball, if so wheres the computer?

I can answer your questions (for GB Vette)

1. 4 port USB 2.0 hub
2. Boost and Fuel Pressure gauges - console is a GB Vette custom
3. Yes, that is a mouse. Carputer is in the back in another custom enclosure.

GB Vette's entire car is custom

AVIC-N3 some complain about the fact you can't play cd's/dvd's and use navi, well you can but the route is programmed into memory OR you can hook up IPOD (mine currently has 6875 songs) and leave NAVI disc in and have best of both worlds!!!!

All I can say is WOW, thats incredible...its amazing that he even had the ideas to do this stuff. Very clean instalation, and yet very subtly custom.

GB is in a class all of his own.

99% of people do not know just how custom his car is - because it's not the usual "in-you-face" screaming "look-at-me" blatantly obvious custom jobs. Subtle is the right word - and it makes the discovery of all the thousands of custom touches fun to find.

No worries. And, as a FYI - I modded my AVIC N2 with the "solder mod" plus parking brake switch - and the movie/nav lock bypass works like a champ.
