C6 Z06 splash guards
Question for the guys that have installed the C6 Z06 splash guards. What size whole did you have to drill in the fender for those push pins that hold the splash guard on? Just dont want to make it to big. Thanks

I used a 3/8 bit but there are lots of different sizes of push pins out there.
Heres a write up that may help:

I didn't use the pin except on the very bottom. i used the same type 3m tape that they had on it for the Z06. Mine have been on for over a year now.

I didn't use the pins. I drilled a 1/8 inch hole and used a screw top and bottom along with the tape.

How many have installed these and has anyone done it w/o drilling holes?
Thanks for any additional info.

The clips are indeed the push pins thaqt GM supply. It would be hard to fit without drilling holes as the curve of the molding is not the same on the C5 as the C6. The pins pull it into place. That said I think one member used 3M tape.
