Default C5 Front Nose Mask

New from Southern Car Parts

Do you want to protect the front of your car from rock chips and bug debris? Do you hate the hassle of the standard leather Bra (hard to take on and off, rough on paint)? We have the perfect solution....Our light weight stretch nylon material Bra comes on and off in seconds, protects the front of your car for rock chips and bug debris while having a satin touch on your paint. Snaps off in seconds and can be wadded up and stuffed into something the size of a shoe!!!!! Also can be ordered with protective mirror covers. Perfect solution for highway trips, when the trip is over, take it off and put it in your cargo area. Off or on in less the 2 mins. Best Bra solution on the market for the Corvette.

- Fits better than any other mask on the market
- Stretch nylon knit construction
- Keeps bumper clean and bug-free
- Secures to car with snaps
- Super quick installation
- Machine or hand washable
- Folds compactly for easy in-car storage
- Mirror Covers Also Available

Do you think this mask will fit over my car's nose with the ACI splitter attached?

Jim, are there installation instructions someplace that I could review before ordering? Just wondering what the process would be like.
Thanks

just wondering how the nylon cover can really protect from a rock chip? Seems to me that a rock kicked up from a tire could possibly still
penetrate the fabric and chip the paint.
Maybe someone could explain this better to me so I could understand .
thanks

I had the ACI chin spoiler on my car and test fit one of these nose masks. It fit just fine over the spoiler and went to the well areas where the snaps are installed.

The mask will stretch to fit the ACI spoiler BUT I wouldn't do it. I did and took a drive on the Interstate. My temp gauge started to climb into the 225 range. Normally my temp runs in the 190's.

I pulled over and rearranged the bra so that the spoiler was exposed and the temp went back to normal.

I have one for summer bugs. It stores in a very small bag.

ive got one and it works great in the summer for the bugs. No cooling issues for me, but i dont have an aci spoiler. its funny when you look at it though after a trip. all the ducts collect for dust and light debris like an extra airfilter. i havent noticed any diff in performance with the bra on or off and i have the vararam intake

I have one on my car also and never had a problem with cooling either. I also do not have the ACI Spoiler.

Thanks,

Jim

I have a red one on my '03 red Z06. I have the Caravaggio front canards and it fits with no problems and there haven't been any cooling issues either. It'll look fine if you get one that is color matched. It does a better job than you would expect at preventing damage. You can wash it in your washing machine, too.

cleaning is a piece of cake. when you take it off, the bugs just fall off the mask. I just give it a little shake before i roll it up and put it away.

Jim,

I have 4 quick questions:

1) Is this the same product as C5 Creations?
2) Are you willing to match or beat their price ($135)?
3) What is the price for the mirror covers?
4) Can you get mag red for bumper and mirrors?

Thx...Dave
