as for the emblems you could wait for warmer temps or take a heat gun(Hairdryer will work too!) and apply some heat to help loosen the adhesive then gently pry up with fingers , you might want someone to hold the gun while you do the prying.
Should come off okay, use some WD-40 or other adhesive remover for left over adhesive and search for your new emblems or post on the parts section to see if anyone has some for sale!
