I have decided to purchase chrome reproduction C5 rims for my 2001 coupe and have found several suppliers on line and was wondering if anyone had good or bad experiences to share about them. The ones I have found are Corvettes of Houston, Corvette Mike, Lake Shore, West Coast Corvettes and Ecklers. The prices are comparable but all a person has to go by is a picture. If anyone has bought C5 wheels from any of these suppliers I would really appreciate some feedback on the quality of the rims and their service. Thanks in advance for all of everyone’s help.
Make sure you inquire about warranties, and get it in writing. Problems with the inner barrel appear to abound with a lot of the wheels, and it seems that getting it resolved is sometimes a problem. Also determine who you will have to deal with (vendor or mfr) and what their criteria is for getting it fixed or replaced (or rejecting a claim, like subjecting the wheel to salted roads). Good luck.

I have purchased from Nate@Corvette Garage and have equally been pleased with both quality and service
