Lovely setup....One bit of marketing advice... not sure if you want to continue calling it a "value" motor. Most people tend to associate that work with cheap parts or sub-standard assembly when in fact your shop and your work is anything but. Yes people can spend tripple that for a C5-R based motor etc, but there's nothing substandard about it.
Reason I say this is because someone brougth it up in another thread and some members made allusions that if you used a $7000 shortblock it'd surely break down the road and that the only way to get a "good" motor was to spend tripple that.

Thanks for bringing that thread to my attention. I posted.
We call this our "Value" engine because it is assembled with cost in mind. We DO NOT call this our "budget" engine because budget implies cheap parts. I think Value implies good parts at reasonable cost. Not the cheapest, but still assembled by some of the best technicians in the world.
The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts

Call me crazy, but I'd like to know what a product's limits are before buying. Especially if I'm going to drop over $7,000.00 on said product.

So you must have a stock motor Corvette since more power means nothing, right?

Call a company that says "good to 1000hp" and ask them how they know that. Sounds like somebody's opinion to me.

thats awesome
