I had talked with Jim several times here on the forum. Invited him to a car show our club puts on each year in November. I got to spend most of the day with him, and what a pleasure it was. We went from forum friends to good friends that day. He's never to busy to anwser questions about his amazing car, and is very quick to admire other cars. His car is the best I've seen, and had a crowd around it all day. Here's to you Jim, my good friend I can't wait till we can get together this year for a couple of shows here in Kentucky!
I had the good fortune of meeting Jim and seeing his car at VetteFest a couple of years ago. Not to sound like a broken record, but he is a very nice man.
I've never had the pleasure of meeting him in person but he seems like one of the best...
We all see him regularly:
1) Posts pictures of the various and numerous car show he attends, allowing us the pleasure of seeing that many more nice cars in the process!
2) Fail to "mention" how well he placed at those same shows. You usually have to pry it out of him!
3) Is always (trying to build up his post count ) giving praise to others in nearly EVERY thread!
4) Is always a good guy and says nothing but good stuff about others
5) Is plain and simply a classy guy that does nothig but help generate interest in the Corvette and its members with his showpiece and one-of-a-kind awesome car.
Thanks Jim!! Someday, I will see that HOT (pun intended) car of yours...

I, too, have never met him, but sent him a PM and he responded with answers to my questions. I've already told the wife we are making a trip to see him and the car somewhere this year. Can't wait Jim...
I have noticed that abot Jim as well. He always has a kind word to add about picture posts & seems like a real gentlemen............his car speaks for itself.
