Can ya tell we are all happy to have you as either a close friend or forum friend---doesn't matter which one--we all seem to be glad that you are here..
Lori

I was at Carlisle, maybe two or three years ago, and I had my son Taylor with me. He just turned 10 so he was maybe six and a half or 7 and a half. He is a major motor head and likes to look at the pics of Corvettes on the CF.
He about fell down when we walked across Jim Z06 at the show.
Now we had had quite a full day already. Pizza, soda, ice cream... and as most kids do he had some of it all over himself.
Jim looked him up and down, obviously saw what was going on and asked Taylor if he wanted to sit in his car. I said thanks, but perhaps another time. Without batting an eye, he gave Taylor a little nod towards the car and he jumped right in the driver seat.
My son still talks about being able to sit in one of the coolest Corvettes he has ever seen.
I guess the kicker is that I had never meet Jim before, so we were complete strangers...
Great Guy,
...but now I feel Gay
Peace

I'm proud to be able to call him a friend.
And what do ya say about the car ?

Nope... Sorry. Not right.
If you'll notice alot of the folks that have posted here have actually met him. He's a true Kentucky gentleman and a great Corvette ambassador. You need to do a post search.

Are you a sock puppet?? Your profile says you joined yesterday.

Man! Do you even have a Vette? It sounds like you don't even have a friend.
You're missing the whole point of the thread.
I'm sorry, but you're way off on this one. I've never met him, nor have I EVER seen him boast about his car. I have also never seen him say a negative word about anything for the year I've owned my C5.

I have to say Nice thread, for a Nice Guy
