A C5 makes a great daily driver. I have all season tires on mine and it is as fine as any car in the snow and related adverse conditions.
While the Rogue C5 and '73 C3 stay at home nice and warm in the garage, the DD C5 is out playing in the weather with all the other cars.
You gotta keep in mind that it is what it is, a sports car. You can't go back country 4 wheelin in it, 14" deep snow is meant for snow plows, and no car handles well on ice. But just because it is a Vette doesn't mean it won't hold up.
