I found this item on Eckler's website. I have always wanted my low beams to remain on with the high beams activated. IMO, I just think it looks better and any extra visibility gained would be "Gravy". I will be installing this into my Specter Werkes C5R headlight setup. Have any of you tried this product or have any experience of how well it works. If this works well, next I will install some HID's. Any feedback would be appreciated, Thanks in Advance
Looks like the exact same kit that is used for GM trucks. (except twice the price - Corvette tax) I have used the Painless kit and the Summit Racing kit on several cars and trucks including my '00 SS vert. I got one for the Corvette, but haven't got it installed yet. Glad to see a kit specified for the Corvette, now I know the kit I have will work without any problems.
I bought a quadbeam relay from Corvettemods, and was wondering how to install it...
If you are referring to a Hi-4 harness, here you go!
If your output wire, shown in above diagram as a single wire to Fuse 10, terminates in a "Y" making it a 2-point connector, then do as in the picture below to Fuses 8 and 10:
I did that and once I power up the relay to the battery one of the lights popped up automatically but the light wasn't on. I got to relays and I only installed one which does power both low beams when the highs are on but the lights wont go down. Any help?

A direct link to what you purchased would be great. We need to know exactly what you got and how you installed it. A few pictures showing how you did the connections would help a lot.
What kind of lightbulbs you have in your headlights (both, lows and highs), OEM or HIDs or LEDs?
I got the hi-4 relay from Corvettemods and I installed it just as the picture. I pulled it out last night because it was drawing power to keep the lights popped up.
I have hids but I'm about to go to leds. I did exactly that but with one relay. Now I got 2 in he box but i don't understand why I need 2. Maybe is that why I'm having that issue?? Dont get me wrong the low beams turned on when the highs were on but when I turned off the lights completely they wont go down.
Corvette mods has a terrible reputation, even on the Facebook C5 pages. I would send it back (if they let you) and buy one from Radioflyer.
He will not be able to return the part. I bought some headlight/fog light mods from them and quickly figured out they were ****. I tried to return them and they politely responded that they have a no return policy on electrical parts. Keep in mind I only took the parts out of the box and never used them. Very unhappy customer and will never use them again.

Connected as I told you, you only need one.
You said you currently have HIDs. Do you have them on both, Lows and Highs, or just on the Lows? Were they closing fine before installing the Hi-4 harness? It is a known issue that usually when HIDs or LEDs are installed, the headlights don't normally close as with the OEMs.
You said you installed just as the picture. Which one, the connection diagram I gave you or CorvetteMods picture?
You need to use the diagram I gave you. Since your wire colors are different, you have to use the relay's pin numbers as your reference:
Pin# 87a (red wire) is not used.
Pin# 30 (blue wire) corresponds to fused red wire in diagram connected to (+) stud
Pin# 87 (yellow wire) corresponds to brown wire in diagram connected to "engine side" of Fuse 10
Pin# 86 (white wire) corresponds to green wire in diagram connected to Fuse 9
Pin# 85 (black wire) corresponds to black wire in diagram connected to ground.

C5 Corvette 1997-2004 Headlight Relay Kit - Quad Beam. This is what I did and once I connect it to the battery the lights pop up without the lights being on.
