Just took delivery of my new Z06 which is a replacement for the 96 LT4 Collectors Edition that I just sold. My newest Vette is an EB Z06 with 4000 one owner miles. Car looks new and underside is factory fresh. The car drives like a Beast. It is all stock, sounds incredible compared to my LT4 c4.

After a wait of 363 days since my order, my 2007 ZO6 finally arrived. Have to say that it was well worth the wait. Love driving the car and the feel of power. At listed 505hp, bigger is definitely better. Already installed shift eliminator and Mild to Wild Exhaust on Demand.
You will LOVE your new beast!!! You will also find that you will also miss your C4.
Did it come with the crow bar option?? Yea,,,you know,,,,the crow bar that you Need to pry the grin off your face every time you drive it!!
Its a powerful car. Learn it characteristics before you push it toooo far and do NOT drive in traction control OFF until you are very comfortable with the cars handling! Use the ON mode OR COMPETITION Mode. We don't want to read about you in a ditch somewhere or worse.
If this info is foreign to you suggest you have a good sit down session with the owners manual.
Forget the pics. We need to convince this guy that the new owners ALWAYS provide forum members with free test drives. It is part of the standard initiation routing. Those who do not provide us with these rides end up losing forum privileges.
When I was stationed in Wakkanai Japan, we worked in a secure one-story communications building. Anytime a newbie arrived there, we instructed him to go to the basement for something. All of the GIs who worked there were in on this. Tons of fun. Also, we had newbies go around to 60 radio operators and calculate an average radio frequency.
Sad to say, but other than driving my 02 Z, that is all of the fun that I get in life. Just kidding.
Thanks everyone who responded to my post about my newest Corvette.
Ronnie, thanks again, maybe we will do some business on my next one. I have been asked to compare the Z06 to my 96 CE LT4. The body flex in the C4 is almost non-existant in the Z06.Power difference in the LS6 is significant. The exhaust sound....no comparison love the beefy notes that sing from the Z06. Steering is much lighter and the turning radius is smaller. Handles incredible. There is an increase in interior noise in the Z06 compared to the CE LT4. The gearbox is also improved.
I got 26.5 mpg on my trip home on the highway(gotta love it) I remember my 1966 that I bought new got about 12 mpg.I would like to post some pictures but dont know how to attach them to be uploaded to the forum. Again thanks for all the good wishes, Love the Z06
