I got my first wave yesterday myself. From a C5 too. My buddy was with me and he said "there's a Corvette wave too?".
i rarely got waves from other 3000gt owners

I waved at a C5 driver a few weeks ago. We were passing each other at about 10 mph. He looked bewildered.

I've had waves from people that aren't even driving Corvettes. Maybe it's an Iowa thing.

,but the other day i kinda got a wave froma c-6 .we were at the stoplight he rolled down his window we just reved it up and we smiled ..i think this counts as a wave ,

i usually get more waves than not...but the only ones really in question are the C6 dudes...but definately not 1 out of 10...id say half of the time for me...

Around here, I've not gotten a wave from any of the C6's I've waved at. No problem. Just keep the wave going. Here's another from Texas.
