2002 Z06 Silver paint code question
I own a 02 silver Z06. I've been trying to find a spray paint touch up for my wheel wells. The color code on the car is 12 and I've crossed that number on this forum to be galaxy silver metalic. Is Quick Silver and Galaxy Silver M the same GM color ?? Dupli color makes the 5oz. spray can for the galaxy silver metalic, just not sure if it's the same. Thanks

Also, get the spray can from the dealer. I believe 4oz is 7.99 and the color match is awesome.

According to the paint codes listed on www.corvettecolor.com, the color is listed as galaxy silver.
Here are the paint codes they list:
OEM code: 12
Valspar code: S565
PPG code: 5451
DuPont code: B9900
WA code: 519F
The Corvette Black Book lists it as Quicksilver Metallic. Best to check with a body shop (like at your dealer) and verify that the galaxy silver is in fact the same.
