I had the glass top with the liner on my previous VETTE (91 RED/RED) and man did it get H O T in the Summer !!!! I have a SOLID TOP on my 98 and It's SOOOO much COOLER than the glass top and I have a BLACK interior !!!!!!!

The solid top will keep the interior cooler in summer weather and yes, it does have a headliner.
