Front Speaker Squeak: Which Speaker?

Front Speaker Squeak: Which Speaker?
2000 Coupe Vet w/Bose Stereo
The right front door panel speaker is defective. Without first opening the panel and looking, can anyone tell me which speaker is in the right front door?
1. A single front door Bose 8" speaker (about $139);
2. the AC Delco front door Bose 3" Tweeter, 7" Woofer, and 100
watt Amplifier ($299); or
3. if the latter, can you just replace the woofer? (the noise is base -
low noise).

its just the bose woofer thats shot then. Check out ebay or post in the audio section and or classifieds someone is always selling there bose speakers for way less then dealer cost
