Sorry you had such a bad experience at the dealership. You're right in that they should have kept you informed once they ran into problems. Plus the fact that they didn't have you set up for an appointment like they said they would is bad business.

The dealership where I bought my Vette here on the Southside of Indy will not do any work on Vette wheels because they don't have the right equipment. They take them to a local AutoTire store, which is where I have been doing my tire business for years. They have two guys there that are keenly aware and capable of what is required when mounting/dismounting Vette wheels and tires.
