Got a '00 coupe delivered from TX to Philly. Battery died during the trip possibly because of the cold. Replaced it and now I get a "service tire mon sys". Problem didn't exist when it left TX. What happened? After 4 days I have to see a dealer?

try and reset it or if it is cold your airpressure could be to low or you have a tire sensor that went bad . congats on your coupe
I had my TPS's put in on a 70 degree day, and verified the pressure was 30 psi. Couple days later, it was 18 degrees, and the system gave me the error message. Put some more air in, and all is well.
You might need to retrain them also, which is pretty easy. I've seen several threads before on this, and it is also in the Helms manuals.
Hang in there Ragman03! Welcome to the forum! My sense is that the pressure monitor may need to be retrained. As mentioned above, look for threads on retraining tire pressure sensors. You'll need a small magent either from a refrigerator (you know,...the cluster stuck on the door, or even a small stereo speaker). I'll check the Vette Shop manual for other ideas. When I got my new rims, I had to retrain them. I think the monitors have small batteries that do have a life span, but my 97 had not trouble. Good luck.

Low pressure, due to cold temps or underinflated tires, won't give a "service tire mon sys" warning. It would give a "low press" warning and indicate which specfic tire(s) is/are affected.
In your case, a "service tire mon sys" would, I suspect, most likely be due to the TPMs needing to be re-trained. Like TopFuelTim said, do a search on this; it's an easy thing to do yourself.
HTH,

Check all the tires with a good gauge and then drive it for a day or so. Mine did the same thing and after a couple days of driving they started working and have been good to go since-4 months now.
