Default Tire patch cost?
Found a nail in the tire, that has been causing a very slow leak. Called BFG tire place, as they are certified for runflats. Tomorrow morning they will patch it for me, the charge will be $ 35.00. Is this a fair price, a gouge, or just another instance of Corvette tax?

Thanks for advice.

Fair price if they do it properly. Had one of my rears patched for the same $

That's about what I paid Goodyear for a patch on a Z06 supercar tire.

Thanks all, good enough for me. Leaving for Florida Monday morning, sure glad I caught it now, rather than on the road.

(I am so ready to leave this Glaciated Pennsylvania for spring break.)
