Confession
I was driving around yesterday with the top down and the radio was loud. As I was adjusting my stereo a black C5 drove past me and I caught the wave from him just as it became too late to wave back. I have had this guilty feeling ever since, the only thing worse than not getting a wave is missing your opportunity to wave back.
If you own a black C5 and were near 435 and Antioch (in Overland Park) and you waived to an idiot in a Quicksilver vert....
beter late than never, right?

When my s/o is with me, she always gives me a heads up that another
C5 is approaching.

it happens to the best of us. for us vette people to do this shows a lot of respect. this is probably the coolest thing about owning one, i think.

The only way to get over the guilt feeling is to wave twice at the next 10 vettes............

I was lucky enough to redeem myself about 2 minutes later...she waived back, although I find that most women drivers don't wave at all.

You must now prove that you indeed are not one, so your punishment is to take it like a man and wave at every vette you see (even the red-headed step child C4) for the rest of your life
