Default Not another exhaust install

Got my Borla Stingers on today. I'm not going to write an install, we've all read hundreds of those and there really isn't that much to it. The only comment I'll make is that getting the passenger side stock muffler out was a bear. You have to lift the car halfway to the sky to get it out. Driver's side came out really easily, go figure.

I just got it all tightened up and ready to start up when the wife comes out, looks at it, and says "What's that written on it - Boner?" I was gonna correct her, but realised that she was actually pretty close, when I thought about it.

Picture and vids are here if any wants to see/hear another set of Borla's: http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s227/watchorn/

Now that those are on, and I've got the rotors/pads/SS lines on, I think I'm ready for my H/C install. It's just a different set of bolts, right?

Actually, I think I'll get a Vararam, and practise with that first.

Went through the same exact thing in September. Congrats.

Thanks everyone! I know it's just another exhaust in a sea of Boners and Corsets but I did it myself, so I'm tooting the horn a bit, even though it's a simple enough job.

I guess that's a perfect install then! I think below 3000rpm they are considerably louder than stock, certainly they blew off all the 4-banger baked bean tin can exhausts around here. Above 3000rpm it was hard to say if they were much louder than stock or not, but then again it was pretty windy and noisy at that point anyway.

The MN6 removal is easier than the A4 because thr A4 has a larger rear diff.
Did you forget to remove the gas thank shield?? Removing that on the passenger side made it no more difficult than the driver's side when I did mine..
