I agree with rws.1. Being a traditional male, I wear my baseball cap with the visor to the front and have had no problems. My wife wears a visor or a baseball cap to keep the sun out of her eyes. We both have not had any problems even at Interstate speeds.
As long as you don't look up and put the visor into the airflow... you should be fine... Or you can just take the hat off, and rock the hat-hair for a lil bit!

I've not lost a hat in over three years while in my vert, even at some pretty good speed. When the top's down that's a different matter.
Just kidding. Seriously though, I've not had a problem with a baseball cap and it doesn't have to be too tight. My wife hasn't had a problem with her cap or visor either.
It's surprising that it's not more of a problem than it is. I found myself staying unnecessarily low to avoid losing my hat for a while. Have not lost one yet. I'd say, just don't worry about it too much.
