Looks good. I have been thinking of getting the redline kit, black with dark grey stiching and am glad to see you are happy. I am also glad I waited as I was going to order black, but from your post it looks like the ebony is the way to go. I to have the c6/z06 shifter/**** do you remember how much shorter you told them to make the boot?

www.c5kidd.com did the paint on everything but the speaker grills (I used spray paint for those). I've only had the painted parts installed for about a week so I can't speak to the durability but I can tell you that it will scratch and chip just like any other painted surface. He uses real exterior auto paint and it has a nice clear coat but you have to be mindful of knicking it just as you would your exterior paint job. As far as the paint sticking to the plastic...as long as you give them a good sanding and use some primer the paint sticks with no problems. I really could not be happier with the results.

c5kidd did my interior in yellow last May and it has lasted just fine, not a scratch in anything. Of course I'm careful with it but his work is superb. The finish and gloss he gets is well worth the money. The yellow pieces against the black dash, carpet, etc really stand out.

Actually...I originally asked for black also and they called it ebony so I don't know if they have two variations of that color or just variations of the name for the color.

As far as the shift boot...when you order yours just make sure to tell them in your
comments/description that it is for a C6 MN6 shifter and they will take care of the rest. Be as descriptive
as you possibley can with what you want.

And lastly...I ordered mine on a Sunday and got an email confirmation that it shipped the next day with an ETA of 6 to 10 biz days....it actually took about 16 biz days to get it via USPS (comes from Poland) so be prepared to wait but hopefully yours will be on time.
