Hoop Install Complete With Fitted Windjammer. Pics Attached.
Finely got the hoops and fitted windjammer done. Guys might not like it but being a girl, I love it. I had made one that attached to the seats and it worked really great, but because Im so small, the lexan had to flex quite a bit when I moved the seat up and I didnt like the way it looked. I wanted the seats to be able to move independantly so I came up with this idea. Its held on with velcro straps on the hoops and goes all the way down to cover the two holes behind the seats, so it acts like a sound deadiner also. It was cut so that it would clear the waterfall by a 1/4 of an inch. Almost no wind coming in from under the windblock. Notice how unless your looking at it deadon, you cant hardly even notice it there.
Just thought Id share my completed mod. Sherry

I made it myself.
I bought the Lexan online, measured carefully and transferred the numbers to a sheet of cardboard. Made a few tweeks here and there and then traced everything to the Lexan, using a drill, dremmel tool and a jigsaw, I ended up with what you see.
Today I decided to cut it into 2 pieces and add brackets. Now I can simply fold it down behind the seats when not needed or when I have to close the top. When I drop the top now, all I have to do is flip it up, strap it to the rollbars at the top and within about 15 seconds or less if I hurry , I'm ready to go. I really like the way it turned out and don't think I could have purchased a nicer windjammer. I wanted something that didn't have to be removed everytime I had to close the top and thats why I decided to make my own. The way I attached it to the hoops, makes it solid and it doesnt move at all. I'm really happy with it.
