I believe that West Coast Corvette sells that one. There is one with a C5 logo or one with the 6 speed pattern.

I actually like it a lot. I'm not a fan of the cue ***** or the T bars, and it feels just right.

Mine's similar but has both the C5 logo and the 6 speed pattern on top. Made by A O Engineering out of Florida. I think I bought mine from either BPP, or maybe Ecklers a few years back.
Might try to see if you can get your boot up to just underneath the ****. Looks better that way to me.
