Folks,

I read it a few weeks ago on this forum... "Try Gene's website for your parts..." "great prices"... "Quick service"... so I did.

Ya'll weren't kidding... six days from my order to my doorstep... despite a "2-3 day backorder" on a part according to Gene...

I doesn't get any better than this!

You're wrong if you're going anywhere else for a GM part you need.

Thanks Gene!

Got C5 brake pads and AC Delco Performance drilled/slotted rotors from Gene. Great prices as well as service. Got a GM parts question, ask Gene. Going to get the Z06 front screens, the ones inside the turn signal lights, from Gene too.

I used to order the occassinal part from gmpartsdirect because they usually had stuff cheaper, you just had to put up with the long delays and non-existent customer service. A few days ago I needed to purchase a part and of course gmpartsdirect had the cheapest price. Before pulling the trigger, I decided to check out Gene's website and low and behold, the part was actually cheaper there. Ordered the part and Gene immediately sent me an email providing status on my order. Definately can't go wrong with Gene.

I never think twice about at least shooting Gene an email before I buy any kind of OEM parts. He has always done me right on what I ordered!

I responded to you in another thread. Please email me about this. I get a lot of returned emails because people don't put their correct return email address, or they've gotten another email address, and don't fix it. As with the other gentlemen, please contact me and I will give you free shipping on your next order.

Gene, I can only call it as I see it. The E mail worked fine. I can see that international shipping may be a pain but we overseas Vette owners need to get spares.

Always happy to give you the benefit of the doubt. Maybe things were just busy

I just made my first purchase from GMPartsHouse.com and I'm completely satisfied with the transaction. I had the part much sooner than I expected, prices are great and service is top notch. I know where I'm going from now on.
