Question about T1 sway bars

Question about T1 sway bars
If you buy the $650.00 kit that just includes the sway bars, end-links, and bar insulators the sway bars are blue but if you buy the $2,600.00 kit withe the springs and the front upper arms the bars are black. Does this mean they are diffrent bars or does gm just want everyone to know you were cheep and only bought the bars?

I have a question too. Since my Z06 has next to no body roll now, how can these really help?

True, I've only been on street tires. With good track tires you see a lot more body roll? Are the T1s noticeably harsher on the street? Sorry about the hijack.
