doubt it without new heads, but it'll be close. I have a 224/228 114 with afr 205's and made 435rwhp. Are you dead set on that cam? Only reason I ask is because I wish I would have gone slightly larger, in the mid 230's on a 114. Will give you a bit more power, more than likely to make your goals and won't be giving up any driveability.
you should get around 400 something...depends how good of a tuner you are add 30 lb ford bosch fuel injectors, replace the valve springs and push rods tooooo!
the tune makes more difference than the duration! looking at dynos 224 vs 230 is almost neglible, but man you can do amazin things with custom cut cams!

I have that cam, stage 2 heads, and other bolt ons, 448whp, 416tq. I really like the cam, wish it was bigger, but the manners could not be better!! I was cruising the other day in 4th @1200-1300 rpms w/no problems, bucking or surging!! Throw some nice AFR's or TF's on it down the road!!
in my 01 Z06 i hit 388hp/382tq with a tr224/bolt-ons on a dynojet, and 228r is suppose to be good for 10-15hp more. if you have a good tuner, he probably can get you right above 400.

thats the plan in the future, figured i get the cam 1st. Then later down the road replace the heads since its an easier job. Altho Im sure Ill need to throw a new clutch in the mix soon after the heads
I want my Z06 to behave flawlessly on the road so that no1 knows its modded.
