Every time I pull out of my driveway teh front spoiler rubs the pavement. Do they make skid plates or rollers that may assit?

Yes they do, I've seen several vendors carry rollers.
I have the same problem with my driveway, I've found angling the car helps a bit. The center piece is spring loaded anyway.

It's normal, it's made flexible & the center piece actually has a spring, take a look.
