2003..38K miles…When IM driving I notice when on the highway I hit a bump in the road my car will jump…my handling doesn’t seem to be that good..I don’t know much about cars but is there anything I could check for before I decide to take it to a shop..My ABS. Traction control..and active handling likes come and go from time to time..they will stay on for a few days to a couple weeks then they will go out and stay off for abit..then come back on..Not sure if this has anything to do with it. Any suggestions?
What kinda shape are your tires in? If you still have the stock GoodYear EMT's, and they are at half life or worse, they are a huge part of the problem.

plus, get your alignment checked, better shocks, and what suspension package do you have?

Its the stiff sidewalls on the OEM tires
Try some new ones and you'll find a big difference. I went with Michelin Pilot Sports. Even the runflats are way better in handling.
