I put ceramic pads on my wifes coupe (along with the sportbrakes drilled/slotted rotors) and she reports that these brakes are the best she has ever had on a car.
I did the swap to ceramics for the same reason you are contemplating it - I have CCW 505A billets on her car.
The ceramics give off a light tan colored dust - so it is not as noticeable.
I bought ours from Autozone for $90 for all four brakes.
It takes longer for the ceramics to "seat in" - around 400 miles I would guess. Until they get seated, they make terrible "grinding" noise in my experience. After that though, smooth sailing!
