Headlight help...
Is maybe my gear stripped or...?
I changed low and high bulbs..
On driver side i used the manual **** to lower and raise the light to get to screws..
On passenger side i did not touch the ****.. that side works fine..
Driver side is like its off position and will go up and down a few time before it comes to a stop. it will hold the up position with no problem.
Has anyone seen this or know the fix...

Are you getting any grinding noises when the light moves. Normally if the gear is stripped it will be noisy.
From what you describe it does sound like a stripped gear. If so, open this thread and run down to the section on Hedalight Gears. It'll tell you all you need to know about replacing the gear:
