Default '98 vert door lock question

Door lock on driver's side will only lock and unlock manually. The remote, and the lock and unlocks buttons on both the driver's and passenger's side will not lock or unlock the driver's side door. The window does work on the driver's side. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I had mine replaced under warranty:

"N4921 Module Local Interface Unit Door Left" Part # 10342159 $227.86

Theres a DIY fix out there posted by Bakersfield that shows how to change the relays.
