Default Vert top up or down?

Should the vert top be up or down while sitting in the garage for periods of time? Which would be better for top life?

I store mine in the winter up and unlatched. Visors down to remind you about the latches.

Default Up - For Sure!

The biggest top killers are UV and weather. I've also heard some horror stories about critters making a home in stored cars. So, I'd latch the top with the windows up to keep unwanted viitors from moving in and to help keep the dusk from getting thick on the interior. My $.02

Keeps the fabric stretched, unwelcome visitors out and dust out.

Best way to store vette is to bring it to my house. I will drive it regularly and put roof up and down on occasion. Please make sure gas tank is full and console has your credit card in it.

Call me in about 5 years.

If you put it down, you'll get wrinkles in the top that even the sun will never be able to get out. This advice is from an expert car storer.
