Default Nor Eastern - Vettes

Just wanted to send a little note out to my fellow C5 owners (and others) up North experiencing the horrible storms/weather. Just when you can bring the beautiful CORVETTEs out, the weather turns for the worse. Hang in there and I hope things blow over soon and with minimal damages to your property and townships.

We have been expereincing some serious winds here, but watching the news and seeing what you guys up North are going through, I wanted to send my concerns out to you.

Hang in there,

Micah

Not to bad here, the worst has missed us in this part of S. Jersey. Boy could I go for a cup of sunshine though.

Over 4 inchs of rain here on Staten Island, NY and it's still raining. Like all bad things, this will come to an end and the sun will shine once again. Can't wait to get back in my baby and take a long road trip!

It's lousy out, so we'll all have to be patient up here. It's a good time to remove and polish the wheels !

You know, the weather got so bad here in NW PA I just got on a plane and went to Jamaica for 10 days hoping when I got back the weather would be better. Well, I got back yesterday and it is still snowing. Maybe May will be better.

Thanks muchly for the thoughts!
I just hope I don't end up practicing the backstroke in my man cave in my basement.

I'm hoping to get the vette out for the first time this year next weekend.

Thanks for the post. It's been snowing up here since last night. Five+ inches of heavy wet snow and the new stuff just keeps compacting what's under it. They still say tonight will be much more. I think that I'm ready for Jamaica too.

Our area was a couple of days ago predicting a lot of snow. Right now looks like just a lot of rain.

Rain is easier to shovel then snow....

Started snowing and blowing like crazy about 4:30 this morning. Super slippery wet snow. Expecting up to 10" in northcentral Pa. Thanks for the thoughts though.

Here in VA, we got railed with Rain Saturday, Thank God, no bad flooding.
(sometimes I get trapped cuz the only rood out goes under 2' of water).
But the winds picked up with gusts of 50MPH, here in the Shenandoah mountains, and it was SNOWING this morning, yes, in VIRGINIA!!

My babies will sleep in the garage a few days, and I'll hide in my workshop. I made 500 rounds of 45 ACP pistol ammo yesterday, bad weather = kerchunk-kerchunk!
