get it fixed? If it goes flat on you, there is a good chance that the first indication you will have is the warning lights on the dash. They are designed to run 100 miles or so flat. Depending on the cause of the flat you may be able to repair it, or maybe you will not.

For a nail, carry a compressor (12 Volt), plugs and plug kit, vice grips and a small pen knife. Pull nail, plug, cut off excess, fill with air. Get to tire repair and have it internally patched.

Also recall that the good book states a maximum of two (2) patches per tire......

Drive it at 50 mph or lower - and get to a service center as soon as possible. The less miles you put on it with zero pressure, the greater the chances the tire can still be used. Ensure the repair shop uses the plug and patch method for the repair.
