Default Need video camera help

So I ended up with a harness bar and a harness, and I built a camera mount. It works pretty well except for the fact that the video camera keeps switching from record to standby. Fact: i have a sony dcr-sr62 which is a hard drive storage camera, no dvd or tape, it usually shuts off at high speeds or mass acceleration (which is what I want video of ), my theory is it has to do with vibrations or something. Any ideas on how to keep it recording the good stuff?

You mention the problem

the DVR recorders dont like the vibration of movement and also the movemtent itself is not good for digital recording, so the DVR shuts off.

Digital or analog onto metal tape with focus set on infinity, not autofocus works best.

Autofocus there is too much movement to continiously find the proper focus.
