Callaway Honker. I've had mine for about a year and it's a great piece.

Go with the VARARAM! LAPD has them for $305.00 and it is worth every penny spent!

www.thelapd.com or call 1-877-THE-LAPD and talk to Shawn!

Thanks,Matt

If money isn't an issue, get the Honker. Have heard nothing but good things about them, especially the fit and finish. Many complain about the fit and finish of the Vararam, but a little patience in the install will make it fit perfectly, as I have seen first hand. You really can't go wrong with any of the major intakes, they all have SOTP difference after install. But again, if money isn't the issue...get the Honker for overall look/performance. Do a search on Honker and you will get plenty of owner comments. Good luck!

Vararam great sotp just very tedious to install but no cutting if the install goes well as mine did. I saw a honker on a c6 and thought it was oem...great quality.

Honker! Did my research and am in on the group buy. As stated above, 50 state legal and will not set codes. Not cheap and not a 5 minute install, but worth it. That being said, I'm not racing, but am looking for off the line, SOTP improvement, otherwise may have gone with V-ram.

If you want to keep it simple, and ease of installation is a concern..then I would get the Halltech Stinger or Blackwing.

The Vararam and Honker are good systems but do require some work to install.

All of these systems are good, but the advertised HP on all of them is exagerated. Mostly they will improve your throttle response. To get any good HP out of any mod requires tuning.

Mines a daily driver i went with the halltech stinger.

Bigger filter then the blackwing and you get a better air bridge. All for the same price.

If performance is your goal then you need to go with a true cold air induction system like Vararam, Honker or Vortek.

I went with the Vararam so I could match it with an improved air bridge.

IMO this is the only system that provides higher velocity air flow.

Honker! I can't imagine anyone thinking it looks ugly? It's performance is great and the fit and finish looks fantastic. My car is a daily driver too.

I have had mine for about 6 months now and I am very pleased. You get what you pay for...the Callaway will cost more. I think the extra funds are well spent.

Enjoy whatever you get!

i would think the hurricane is a "true cold air induction system like Vararam, Honker or Vortek."

my tuner was impressed with the numbers he was getting from the hurricane and hes a vram guy, hey, the facts are the facts.
