BB Quad Bullets Cracking at Edges

i have the bullets on my car too
i noticed the last time i had the car on a lift, they are cracking pretty bad around the edges too
i thought about contacting B&B, but what if i didnt buy mine new from them? I bought them used from the guy that bought them new, does that matter or will they still back their product?
i will probably call and find out

I have had problems with BOTH hangars. Beginning of summer the driver's side broke off. then just two weeks ago the passenger side did aswell. I didn't buy them off of Billy boat. I bought them off of Davensport Motorsport in Calgary. I talked to them when the first one broke off and they sent me four hangars. Two for each side. The guy I talked to said he talked to B&B who sent them the hangars with no problems.

I have actually realized that one of my tips is cracked at the bottom! I decided to send them an e-mail and i will call them tomorrow mourning and see what they will do for me... if they are willing to help me then i will continue t refer them to tons of other people but if not then i will stop refering their products to anyone!

Don't have the Bullets, but have the quad oval Route 66 system. Had it for nearly 7 years with no problems like that. How long have you had your system - maybe it is a recent manufacturing problem.

well im going to call them this mourning and i will let you all know how it goes. I am hoping that they will do the right thing in customer service considering that we all pay top dollar for their products! Not to mention that many people are having the same problem just shows that it is something on their side!

I just got off the phone with Mike Boat from B&B Exhaust. I must say that he is one of the nicest guys i have ever spoken with. I was more then happy to replace my cracked exhaust with a brand new one. Not only that he said that he would pay for shipping and return shipping of my old exhaust!!! YOU DONT GET BETTER THEN THAT!!!!! I can say that i will for sure keep recomending their products that are backed up by their AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

My driver side hander popped right off at the weld. I called B&B up and they are shipping me out a new hanger. I just need to find a place in CT that can do the welding (I have no idea where to go)
They seemed really nice on the phone and their suggestion of just having the hanger welded back on should be less expensive than shipping it. Doesn't effect the warrenty either he said.
