BB Quad Bullets Cracking at Edges

I thought I was the only person that had this problem. I sent them back twice and both times they tried to fix it, but the tips still cracked. They ended up cracking all the way around. After calling several times and sending them pictures, they ended up sending me a new exhaust.

Haven't heard of this happening to a B&B set before. Hope the manufacturer makes it good for you.

I had to pay to get it shipped back to them both times, which I was not happy about. I called several times before I got anywhere, but eventually I got to talk to Billy Boat himself and he arranged to have a new exhaust sent to me right away.

-- where are they located and how much was shipping--its hard for me to find time to do the shipping and not real happy with the quality of them especially if it costs me money to rectify their crap product If i have to be jerked around enuogh to end up talking to the man himself then his employee's are reflecting the same quality of his product

Round Two
The same side (drivers side) has cracked again!! Called B&B and talked to Mike Boat(great guy)-Billys brother and explained to him what the first round consisted of -- and he shipped me another at no cost,with them paying all shipping costs both ways
-last time it cost me 70 bucks to ship it to them

I just found my driver's side hanger completely snapped off!! Never had any problems with them since I had them installed at Funfest last year. Some guy pulled next to me at a stop light and said my driver's side pipes were bouncing up and down real bad. When I looked, sure enough, completely missing hanger! I've sent B&B an email, and am sure I'll hear back from them this week. I may look into just having another hangar welded on, it's probably cheaper than shipping the system back! If I had time to go to Funfest this year, I'd get it fixed there.

alot of people are finding that the hangers crack, mine did on the driver side. Its not worth the cost of shipping to me, ill just go to an exhaust shop and have them weld it back and reinforce the passanger side.
I love the look and sound of the exhaust, but i will not longer push the product at car shows for them

Don't have the Bullets, but have the quad tip Route 66. No problem with cracking on mine.
