Default front mask advice

Bought a GM bra for my 03 and having problem replacing the screws. I removed the original and tried to replace them with the snap caps screws and they don't friggin fit! advice? the snap cap screw came with these rubber inserts that you supposedly you put in the hole first.

I contacted the manufacture and they sent me a bunch of them, because the ones they send STINK!

going to dealer for smog check. i should asked them if they any spares. thnx for the advice!

I went to my local Boat Hardware store and found the srew-in type snaps for about 2 Bucks a pkg of 5 you'll need the 3/4 " long type not 5/8" long

brother just called and told him of my problem. he adviced clear bra on lights, front bumper, mirrors and a quarter of my hood for $800. he had his 07 Z06 clear bra full hood. looks good.
